Geoff has honed his creative vision and business expertise to become a globally renowned expert in the business of Global Branding and Social Business Design. Geoff has represented some of the world’s most iconic brands worldwide over the last 20+ years including: IBM, Ferrari, Skittles/Mars, EA.com, IMG, Unilever, Microsoft, VISA, P&G, Weight Watchers, Nestle, AT&T, Coca-Cola, Air France, BMW, E*Trade to name a few.

His management experience ranges from “start-ups to” running companies with gross income of $65+ million, EBITA 23.2% and staffing in excess of 5,000+ globally.

Geoff has held senior worldwide management roles at some of the most influential and iconic Global Brand Agencies including: The Brand Union (WPP’s Global Branding Agency), Leo Burnett (Publicis), Ogilvy & Mather (WPP) & Ammirati Puris Lintas (IPG).

Geoff also launched one of the First & Leading Digital Agencies in Australia and thoughout Asia/Pac, in the mid 1990’s. He also set up a JV partnership with Australia’s 2nd largest brand agency, an IPG Group company (NYSE: IPG).

Geoff is passionate about helping his clients/businesses refocus company values on customer needs, redesigning core processes (often using social information technology to enable improvements) and improving business processes across the organization. Geoff often speaks on topic's including: Global Brand Management, Global Advertising & Marketing Best Practice, Social Media, Social Business, Innovation and Technology Marketing.

Geoff lives in Australia, graduated from Miami University but this former Westport, Connecticut lifeguard still loves his NY Yankees.

Our Beliefs

The love and connection between a person and a brand doesn’t just happen. It has to be nurtured. From top to bottom, the inside out. By listening, with stories, environments, products and experiences that matter and build trust and loyalty.

We believe TV no longer dominates media consumption and consumers have outgrown 60-second brands. We think, engaging experiences build stronger customer relationships and build greater differentiation.

We see the $500 billion currently spent on "traditional advertising' globally, rapidly shifting to more digitally oriented channels. With some $50 billion already invested in the 'digital space' we see massive investment moving from 'traditional' to 'digital' within the coming years. 

Today, we believe a combination of larger ad formats, richer media, interactivity, mobile, AR experiences and video give digital expereinces the broadest creative palette of any branding channel. Touchpoint Digital Group is the Generational Shift from the “Mad Men” or “Madison Avenue” Era  (unlike most of today’s traditional TV oriented advertising agencies)

We have a passion for well-told tales and storytelling. How they’re crafted. What they look like. How they sound. How they make us feel. What they make us do next. We also believe, unlike other Digital and Social Agencies, the brand is the most valuable asset you own. Technology skills are critical in building a Social Business but, without understanding and valuing the importance of building a brand, a Social Business will never reach its full potential.

We create fans rather than customers. Fans embody loyalty and fans become advocates. I think the question isn’t “what can we sell this person” but…”what can we do to create even more engaging customer experiences.”

We think most advertising is designed to shout at people until they pay attention. And Touchpoint Digital would rather not shout. We’d rather just start a compelling conversation between a brand and its customer. Engage customers on their terms, as if they where sharing a coffee table by a fire on a cool afternoon. Encourage them to share. Then, we like to measure whether that conversation made the brand, the publisher and the customer happy. Simple.

They also demonstrate a deeper emotional commitment to the companies, granting them an average 33 points higher Net Promoter® score (NPS®), a common measure of customer loyalty (see below, “NPS 101”).
